What is the PicturePath™ Program? The PicturePath™ application is an online solution for the hosting and distribution of real estate images. Currently, the application is used by a number of companies to distribute real estate images to the REALTOR.com® Virtual Tour Distribution Network, which includes more than 600 real estate Web sites, including REALTOR.com®, the official site of the National Association of REALTORS®, other national, broker, franchise, and local Web sites.Who are the PicturePath Partners? The typical PicturePath Partner functions as a Virtual Tour provider in a specific geographic area and specializes in capturing (typically with a digital camera) and processing ("stitching") a virtual tour. These companies coordinate a network of service providers who typically meet the agent at a pre-arranged time at the property to shoot the virtual tour. Once complete, the provider will use the PicturePath.com website to upload, host and distribute virtual images to Homestore's 1st class infrastructure.View a list of current PicturePath Partners. How much does it cost to post a virtual tour on REALTOR.com® using the PicturePath™ application? Homestore charges our PicturePath Partners directly for the PicturePath products and services. Our Partners are free to charge their own prices to their customers. Please contact your local PicturePath provider for their rates and availability.What local tour providers are you working with? View a list of current PicturePath Partners.How do I find a PicturePath partner in my area? All information about the service areas of our PicturePath partners is available on the iMarketing Web site on REALTOR.com®. If there is no PicturePath partner in your area, simply go to http://hometour360.realtor.com and enter the zip code for the property you want filmed. Homestore has an extensive network of authorized hometour360°™ Service Providers to handle all you virtual tour needs. We can easily arrange for an affiliated provider to work with you in your local area to offer you a full-service hometour360°™ virtual tour program. Additionally, the hometour360°™ self-service virtual tour option, which enables you to capture the virtual tour yourself and to distribute it via the PicturePath™ application, is available anywhere in the United States.Both the full-service and self-service hometour360°™ products offer similar hosting and distribution features with the PicturePath™ program. What if the local service provider that I use in my area is not affiliated with Homestore and the PicturePath™ program? Homestore has developed the PicturePath™ program to ensure that consumers and its customers enjoy the highest quality experience when viewing virtual tours on REALTOR.com®. The program is open to all participants and we would be delighted to work with any qualified service providers, including those in your area, to facilitate their participation in the program. Please encourage the local provider to email picturepath@homestore.com to inquire about the PicturePath™ program.If the PicturePath™ Program does not offer a virtual tour technology or a service provider that I wish to use and I want my virtual tour to appear on REALTOR.com® or other sites within the REALTOR.com® Virtual Tour Distribution Network, what can I do? Homestore offers a virtual tour solution, hometour360°™, for both full-service and self-service virtual tours that will deliver your tour to your available listings on the REALTOR.com® Virtual Tour Distribution Network.
